Our operations team has identified an issue with the ByWater website. They are in touch with the third party that hosts the site and hope to have it back up soon.
Our third party provider for this service confirms that the site is back up and working as expected.
This service interruption seems to have resolved, however we are still watching to make sure this is stable.
