Service interruptions in Koha and Request Tracker Friday 20th June 2025 12:03:18
Our operations team is investigating an issue affecting a subset of our hosted Koha partners, causing timeout errors and SSL handshake errors. It is also affecting our ticketing site. We will provide another update within one hour.
We have worked to resolve this issue with our upstream provider and will monitor for future problems of this type so we can respond promptly.
Our upstream providers' engineers are looking into what's causing the packet loss that is causing interruptions in Koha and Request Tracker.
