Update:
As a brief explanation: when internet traffic reaches your library’s Koha server, it passes through several network hops and data centers operated by external providers. Occasionally, one of these upstream points experiences problems, and any traffic routed through it can be impacted.
You can monitor network health using ThousandEyes. It displays disruptions along the East Coast. We expect this to be resolved soon. In the meantime, if your staff are still experiencing issues, we can temporarily bypass Cloudflare for your staff interface until the upstream connection stabilizes. Please submit a ticket with the subject line SSL handshake errors reroute.
