Due to an inter-server dependency on some Discovery systems, branded LiDA apps may not be able to establish a connection with the library. The community LIDA app is also impacted. The operations team is working on deploying a mitigation to alleviate LiDA outages, and broader underlying changes to remove this dependency entirely.
